Responsibilities

• Provide service and upsell products to existing customers.
• Educate customers about current products and services.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Handle calls from existing customers and resolve their inquiries.

Requirements

• Completed senior high school or two years in college.
• At least 3 months of BPO sales experience.
• If a high school graduate (old curriculum), must have 2 years of BPO voice sales experience.
• Strong verbal and business writing skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
• Ability to learn about products and services quickly.
