About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Storekeeper to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing inventory and ensuring smooth operations in our store. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels. You will manage stock levels and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and control goods and deliveries to ensure accuracy.
  • Store and issue goods as needed to support operations.
  • Follow purchasing procedures to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain stock levels and reorder items as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and match purchase orders.
  • Assist with monthly stock counts to verify inventory.
  • Report discrepancies in goods to management promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in luxury hotel environments is preferred.
  • Strong skills in inventory management and organization.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with stock management systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
