About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Time and Attendance Operational Admin to join our team. This is a 100% remote position based in the Metro Manila National Capital Region (NCR). In this role, you will help manage time and attendance for our buildings across the network. You will also assist with data entry and resolve inquiries related to time and attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage time and attendance matters for various buildings in the network.
  • Perform data entry tasks in the MyTime system accurately.
  • Resolve incoming inquiries about time and attendance in a timely manner.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency.
  • Conduct audits and checks on data to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English for effective communication.
  • Experience with MS Office tools for daily tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain data integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
