About the Role

As a Learning Specialist IV based in Mabalacat, you will play a critical role in enhancing our learning and development initiatives. This position is onsite, allowing you to collaborate directly with your team and stakeholders. Your expertise will help shape the future of our training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization and its employees.

In this role, you will lead high-stakes Center of Excellence (COE) launches and own the methodology for 0-30 day interventions. You will partner closely with the L&D Design Team to create impactful learning experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-stakes COE launches to enhance training effectiveness.
• Own the methodology for 0-30 day interventions, ensuring timely implementation.
• Partner closely with the L&D Design Team to develop engaging learning materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
• Own and execute the New LDS Onboarding program for new hires.
• Act as a functional mentor to regional Learning Operations Specialists, providing guidance.
• Build business intelligence around Training KPIs to measure success.
• Synthesize complex data sets to identify root causes and improve training outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in learning and development.
• 3+ years of experience in operational management roles.
• Expert-level virtual and in-person facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and LMS Management.
• Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
• Strong data synthesis skills to inform decision-making.
