Job Description

About the Role

As a Learning Specialist IV based in Mabalacat, Central Luzon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our learning and development initiatives. This position requires a strong background in L&D and operational management. You will lead high-stakes launches and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure effective training programs. Your expertise in Google Suite and LMS management will be essential in executing our learning strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute high-stakes COE launches to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Own the methodology for 0-30 day interventions, ensuring timely execution.
  • Partner closely with the L&D Design Team to develop effective training materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support learning initiatives.
  • Own and execute the New LDS Onboarding program for new hires.
  • Act as a functional mentor to regional Learning Operations Specialists, promoting best practices.
  • Build business intelligence around Training KPIs to track effectiveness.
  • Support and manage proposed L&D initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of L&D experience in a corporate setting.
  • Proven operational management skills to oversee training programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite for creating and managing training content.
  • Experience with LMS management to track learner progress.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
  • Master's degree in L&D is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in stakeholder management to drive training initiatives.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
