About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Accountant specializing in Financial Operations to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective data analysis. As a key player in our financial operations, you will work closely with various teams to enhance our financial processes. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver detailed analysis of supply chain cost lines to improve financial visibility.
  • Produce weekly and monthly supply chain reports to support decision-making.
  • Prepare month-end financial reporting packs to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Drive improved visibility of supply chain costs through effective data management.
  • Prepare and post month-end journals to maintain accurate financial statements.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation of freight clearing accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Support month-end stocktake processes to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Assist in the ongoing review of master data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving supply chain reporting for better insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems for effective data management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and accrual accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating ownership and urgency.
  • Experience in supply chain operations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling is advantageous.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
