  • Oversee electronic clearing accounts reconciliation for efficient processing.
  • Coordinate the resolution of overdue payments to enhance cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for risk management.
  • Monitor treasury processes for improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience in treasury or bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership to foster collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance measures.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with large ERP systems to streamline operations.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
