About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Pasig, National Capital Region. This position is onsite and requires a minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable or related fields. Responsibilities

  • Create, process, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Respond to invoice and payment-related queries from clients.
  • Handle employee pay-related queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Input and reconcile hours from candidate timesheets into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate financial and payroll records for the organization.
  • Assist with timesheet processing and verification tasks.
  • Support the Bookkeeper with daily administrative and finance tasks.
  • Ensure data accuracy across MYOB and internal systems.
  • Prepare financial reports as required by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of MYOB software for financial tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
