Mid-Level Asset Data & Reliability Engineer On-site Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Asset Data & Reliability Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on managing asset data and ensuring reliability across various projects. You will work closely with teams to maintain accurate data and support asset management processes. This position requires a strong background in GIS, Maximo, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update GIS and base-plan data to ensure accuracy.
• Act as the central point for validating and coordinating as-built data.
• Ensure asset information aligns with Maximo for effective management.
• Support the setup and upkeep of asset registers to track performance.
• Contribute to data governance activities to enhance data quality.
• Track reliability KPIs to assess asset performance.
• Assist in preparing performance dashboards for reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management or construction roles.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD for design tasks.
• Familiarity with Power BI for dashboard analytics is preferred.
• Strong skills in data analytics and governance practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is a plus.
