About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Automation and Digital Solutions Engineer to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region (NCR). This is an onsite position where you will work closely with various teams to enhance our automation processes. Your role will focus on developing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

As part of your duties, you will utilize RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere and Power Platform. You will also work with workflow and orchestration tools to streamline operations. Responsibilities

• Resolve automation solution issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Lead efforts to enhance RPA and workflow automation performance.
• Establish and improve automation best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized process flows.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and automations.
• Support automation initiatives by working with project teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
• Monitor and enhance production automation for ongoing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in automation or digital process development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA and workflow-based solutions is essential.
• Strong scripting experience in Python or Java for automation tasks.
• Experience with APIs and SQL-based systems for integrations.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to solve complex problems effectively.
