About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Brand Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on developing and executing effective marketing strategies. You will work closely with various teams to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans to meet business goals.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across various channels to boost brand visibility.
  • Translate brand positioning into effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships to maintain quality standards.
  • Drive CRM and lead nurturing initiatives to enhance customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute events and PR initiatives to promote brand awareness.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience in brand management.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns successfully.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
