About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Buyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing procurement processes for facilities management materials and services. You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure we meet our operational needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for facilities management materials and services.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  • Prepare and issue purchase requisitions and local purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align procurement strategies.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing.
  • Handle urgent purchase requirements efficiently.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of UAE supplier markets and dynamics.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for procurement management.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
