About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role requires a strong background in civil engineering and a minimum of five years of experience in UAE construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing site activities and ensuring compliance with local standards. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and are an ADM Registered Engineer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and technical documents.
  • Oversee daily site activities and track construction progress.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Prepare project reports, material estimates, and progress updates.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Support project planning, execution, and successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil engineering.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Excellent understanding of UAE construction standards.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
