Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the Prophix platform to meet business needs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare variance analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
• Build and maintain Prophix models, workflows, and reports for effective tracking.
• Investigate system issues and implement necessary improvements.
• Drive process improvements and automate reporting tasks.
• Manage indirect expense forecasting and incentive processes efficiently.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Payroll teams for collaboration.
• Provide Prophix training and support to users for better utilization.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in reporting practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Prophix administration and support.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
• Understanding of finance and payroll data flows for accurate reporting.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
