About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Customer Account Manager to join our team in Cagayan De Oro City, Northern Mindanao. This role is essential for building strong relationships with our customers. You will manage their accounts and ensure their needs are met effectively. This position is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with clients and team members.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will oversee order processing and maintain customer records. Your experience in customer service and sales support will be crucial. If you have a background in food manufacturing, that would be a plus. You will work closely with our sales team to support customer quoting and contracting.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing using ERP systems.
  • Maintain and update customer records in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Support Sales in customer quoting and contracting.
  • Initiate the customer complaint process and collaborate for resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ years of customer service and sales support experience.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or related industry is a plus.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
