About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen and excellent customer communication skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with clients to deliver timely service quotes and ensure their needs are met effectively. This position is fully onsite, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-generated service quotes promptly to clients.
  • Ensure all necessary stakeholders are informed about the quote details.
  • Discuss the importance of quote acceptance with customers.
  • Follow up on open quotes to encourage approvals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Maintain accurate records of quote activities in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Coordinate scheduling handoffs after quote approvals.
  • Assist clients with service agreement renewals as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is essential.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
