About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Emiratisation Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting the career growth of UAE national employees. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance the Emiratisation strategy and ensure compliance with local rules.

Responsibilities

  • Support the career growth of UAE national employees through tailored development plans.
  • Assist in rolling out learning initiatives aimed at UAE National talent.
  • Organize and support engagement activities for UAE Nationals.
  • Prepare reports and insights on Emiratisation initiatives to track progress.
  • Help implement the Emiratisation strategy effectively across the organization.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in a related field.
  • Have HR experience in the UAE market.
  • Understand local labour laws and rules in the UAE.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in Emiratisation is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
