About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each one meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position is on-site in Dubai, and fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Prepare event proposals and contracts to align with client expectations and organizational standards.
  • Communicate event details to operational departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Gather client feedback and resolve disputes to enhance future event planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand our event offerings and client base.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in events coordination, demonstrating a strong track record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or another language is desirable.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and event management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
