• Ensure adherence to aviation security rules and regulations.
• Implement the UPS Aviation Security Local Operating Plan effectively.
• Assist in managing aviation security incidents and operations.
• Execute the Quality Assurance Program to maintain high standards.
• Oversee contract management for third-party screeners.
• Support field security tasks to enhance safety measures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the transportation or airport industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be analytical, thorough, and assertive in tasks.
• Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
