Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain all kitchen and laundry equipment in good working order.
• Prepare and implement a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ensure cleanliness of all kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Monitor the performance of pumps and motors to ensure efficiency.
• Follow the preventive maintenance chart and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality and progress.
• Interpret engineering drawings and calculations for effective execution.
• Create on-the-job training programs for engineering staff.
• Understand and apply emergency procedures within the hotel environment.
• Fit and assemble components to meet precision and quality standards.

Requirements

• Hold a diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Possess considerable experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Demonstrate proven knowledge in mechanical operations of equipment.
• Exhibit a good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Show ability to troubleshoot and rectify mechanical systems.
