About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level General Repair Technician to join our team in Dubai. This role involves hands-on work with electric vehicles, specifically BYD models. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a commitment to safety in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic maintenance on BYD vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform diagnostics and general repair work to identify vehicle issues.
• Ensure all work meets EV safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct vehicle checks and support reporting for maintenance records.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment to promote safety.

Requirements

• Hold a diploma or technical certification in automotive technology.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Demonstrate experience in periodic maintenance and diagnostics.
• Possess strong technical and mechanical skills for effective repairs.
• Show good problem-solving and analytical skills to address issues.
• Communicate effectively in English with team members.
• Have a valid UAE driving license (preferred but not required).
• Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is a plus.
