About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Human Resources Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on employee relations and recruitment compliance. You will work closely with management to resolve HR issues and ensure a smooth hiring process. Responsibilities

  • Track employee relations issues to identify trends and improve workplace culture.
  • Assist management in resolving HR issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure hiring and recruitment processes follow all necessary rules.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records to support HR functions.
  • Help coordinate logistics and scheduling for employee surveys.
  • Support management in hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in HR.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate effective talks.
  • Ability to collaborate well with team members.
  • Experience in employee record maintenance is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
