About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Line Coordinator to join our team in Batangas, CALABARZON. This is an onsite position that requires a proactive individual with a strong background in production and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the production shift team to ensure efficient operations and meet key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the production shift team to ensure smooth operations.
• Achieve and improve key performance indicators to enhance productivity.
• Create an efficient and autonomous team environment that fosters collaboration.
• Coordinate team manning to ensure effective coverage during shifts.
• Promote equipment ownership within the team to enhance accountability.
• Ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in production and manufacturing.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit effective planning and collaboration skills.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in production systems is a plus.
