About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Process & Compliance Manager to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role requires a strong background in finance operating systems and ERP processes. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in ensuring that our business processes align with internal rules and external regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support ERP rollout and enhancements from a finance perspective.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve systems.
  • Drive the delivery of system upgrades and process changes.
  • Review and suggest improvements for business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal rules and regulatory standards.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to highlight process risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance.
  • At least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
  • Experience in the automotive or retail sector is preferred.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
