Mid-Level Process Engineer (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Process Engineer to join our team in Cavite, CALABARZON. This is an on-site position where you will manage operations at the BW-PC Cavite site. Your primary focus will be to ensure that key business metrics are achieved while maintaining high standards of productivity and reliability. You will play a crucial role in integrating methodologies like UMS and R2S into our processes, driving improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous development.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the BW-PC Cavite site ensuring key business metrics are achieved.
• Ensure a minimum of 95% output reliability and best-in-class productivity.
• Build agile work systems that engage and motivate employees.
• Coordinate production activities in the plant.
• Integrate UMS and R2S methodology and facilitate best practices.
• Drive autonomous-based maintenance of equipment.
• Achieve desired production costs, OEE, and waste reduction.
• Provide coaching and training for team capability development.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Understanding and enforcement of SHE standards and GMPs.
• Ability to manage conflict and create an inclusive work environment.
• Experience in manufacturing equipment, concepts, and regulations.
• Leadership experience in WCM/UMS and R2S methodologies.
• Strong experience in change management.
• Understanding of operational performance and financial ties.
