Mid-Level Test Product Engineer - On-site in Tarlac City

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Test Product Engineer to join our team in Tarlac City. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Responsibilities

• Work with wafer fab, assembly sites, and design groups to resolve product and test issues.
• Perform yield improvements and enhance product quality through effective testing.
• Qualify and correlate new test programs and hardware for better performance.
• Conduct product characterization to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in repairing load boards to maintain testing efficiency.
• Analyze low yield lots and provide appropriate dispositions.
• Debug and enhance test programs to improve overall testing processes.
• Coordinate with internal and offshore teams to address product concerns.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) qualification efforts.

Requirements

• BS degree in ECE, EE, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Final Test Product Engineering or Test Development.
• Knowledge of logic, analog, and mixed signal testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of failure analysis techniques.
• Ability to apply statistical analysis in testing scenarios.
• Experience with various tester models is a plus.
• Background in wafer fab processes is an advantage.
