Responsibilities

  • Support and assess existing processes and workflows.
  • Design and implement basic engineering projects.
  • Troubleshoot process development issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Document process status and changes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and optimization projects.
  • Provide development and troubleshooting support for wafer processes.
  • Create and maintain complex documentation for training purposes.
  • Track and report on operational metrics for performance monitoring.
  • Assist in the design and execution of experiments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 1+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience.
  • Proficiency in JMP, Minitab, and Tableau.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in statistical data analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to lead projects and collaborate with teams.
  • C1 English proficiency is preferred.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
