About the Role

We are seeking a Senior NPI Tech Lead to join our team in Lapu-Lapu, Central Visayas. This role is crucial for overseeing new product introduction (NPI) processes in semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities

  • Lead NPI execution to ensure first-time-right builds.
  • Implement initiatives to avoid deviations and enhance systems.
  • Oversee NPI engineers and technicians to meet project goals.
  • Manage alignment across Planning, PE, IE, QA, Test, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure compliance with safe launch requirements.
  • Deliver on yield, cycle time, and cost targets during early builds.
  • Drive NPI execution and facilitate MP handover.
  • Lead NPI meetings to track risks and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
  • 8–10 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years in leadership roles managing NPI or technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem solving.
  • Experience with NPI readiness and risk analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools like Minitab and Excel.
  • Effective communicator with strong reporting skills.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
