We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Engineer to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a solid understanding of manufacturing assembly processes. Responsibilities

  • Analyze engineering change packages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide JDE/SAP requirements planning to maintain accurate master schedules.
  • Support teams in resolving configuration control issues effectively.
  • Create electronics work instructions based on engineering change notices.
  • Develop process documents and desktop procedures to streamline operations.
  • Participate in all EHS practices to uphold safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is essential.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing assembly processes is required.
  • Experience in creating process sheets and work instructions.
  • Proficient in CORE analytical tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean applications and QC tools.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Must not have any disciplinary cases in the past year.
  • Must not be under a Performance Improvement Plan.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
