• Participate in safety forums to promote a safe workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• 3+ years of related work experience in production.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality.
• Flexible with working hours, including shifts.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and use handheld tools effectively.
• Capable of working 12-hour shifts as needed.
