• Lead food safety and quality initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation is essential.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues as they arise.
• Effective communication skills to relay information clearly.
• A Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 standards is advantageous.
• A background in the Pharma industry is a plus.
