Requirements

• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in ramp or ground operations.
• Possess prior experience as a team lead or senior ramp agent.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures.
• Be familiar with GSE operations and safety protocols.
• Show ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exhibit attention to safety, accuracy, and performance.
