Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Sales Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This is an onsite position with a standard shift pattern from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. You will enjoy a meal break during your shift and have the opportunity to earn tips based on your team's performance. We also provide transport allowances to ensure you can commute easily. Additionally, you will receive a 13th-month pay and a night-shift differential if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales quotas for assigned territories.
  • Develop business plans for revenue growth.
  • Participate in hiring and training of sales staff.
  • Set job expectations and schedules for the team.
  • Provide tools and information for sales personnel.
  • Help resolve operational issues for the team.
  • Conduct regular meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience in business administration is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
