About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Sales Admin Assistant in Quezon City. This is an onsite position with a standard shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. You will enjoy a meal break during your shift and have the opportunity to earn tips based on performance. We also provide transport allowances for your convenience. Additionally, you will receive a 13th-month pay and a night-shift differential if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage various administrative tasks for the sales team.
  • Review and assess documents for correctness.
  • Return paperwork concerns to the salesperson.
  • Route and track requests for approval.
  • Attend to budget and distribution report concerns.
  • Monitor the status of documents and issues.
  • Coordinate event requests with marketing teams.
  • Submit daily reports on document status.

Requirements

  • Holder of any degree, preferably in Commerce or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience in office administration.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective organization and records management skills.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • B2 English fluency required.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
