About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Sea Logistics Team Lead to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure that your team meets performance targets. You will also coach team members and facilitate their growth. This position requires a strong background in sea logistics and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive operations to ensure the team meets targets.
• Coach team members to enhance their skills.
• Manage attendance records for the team.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to align tasks.
• Handle the feedback queue to improve service.
• Perform quality checks to maintain standards.
• Lead weekly meetings with operators to discuss progress.
• Attend weekly management meetings for updates.
• Update the team health check regularly.
• Arrange schedules and record Gemba sessions.
• Update the team roster as needed.
• Maintain the team skill matrix for development.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and maintain work instructions for clarity.
• Conduct meaningful conversations with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field.
• 2-5 years of leadership experience in logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sea logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong cognitive skills and attention to detail.
