About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will help identify potential clients and support our sales efforts. This position is onsite, allowing you to collaborate closely with your team. You will play a key role in building relationships and driving our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Research and create lists of target accounts to support sales efforts.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies to enhance outreach.
  • Source and verify contact information for potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate prospect data within our CRM system.
  • Populate information into SalesLoft CSV files for easy access.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Show confidence in reaching out to potential clients.
  • Have experience using LinkedIn and Navigator for research.
  • Exhibit a high tolerance for activity and outreach.
  • Be coachable and willing to follow established strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
  • Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
