About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Revenue Care Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is an on-site position where you will play a key role in managing revenue-related tasks. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate invoicing and financial records. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge invoices using the General Work Instruction and the correct country template.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of charge codes and cost accrual.
  • Review and confirm Gross Planning for selected countries and customers.
  • Work with different system environments, including Acon and RT.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or be a college-level graduate.
  • Have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or finance.
  • Possess strong analytical and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and organizational abilities.
  • Be proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
