About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Service & Technical Lead to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on overseeing after-sales service for sanitaryware products. You will ensure that service requests and warranty claims are resolved promptly. Your expertise will help maintain high service standards and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage after-sales service tasks for sanitaryware products.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests and warranty claims.
  • Establish service standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer complaints.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and forecast needs.
  • Work with manufacturers on product issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to sales and project teams.
  • Prepare reports on service performance and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the sanitaryware or related industry.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Experience in root-cause analysis and service quality tracking.
  • Ability to manage inventory effectively.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
