Mid-Level Site Engineer On-site in Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support the Project Manager as the company representative on-site. You will work closely with subcontractors during project execution. This position requires a strong background in project oversight and contractor supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with subcontractors during project execution.
• Track contractor performance on-site to ensure adherence to schedules and plans.
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project records and plans.
• Evaluate project performance against time and budget constraints.
• Update the project management team on performance results.
• Manage changes in project processes to address operational issues.
• Plan and coordinate resources for each job to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, or Civil Engineering.
• More than 3 years of experience in construction roles in the UAE.
• Experience with significant projects, preferably in an airport environment.
• Strong skills in planning and scheduling project tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
