About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in delivering essential facilities and infrastructure projects. Your expertise in site engineering and construction supervision will be vital for ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in delivering facilities and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate on-site activities with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Track contractor performance to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Assist in preparing daily site reports and project performance updates.
  • Identify and report risks or delays to the project management team.
  • Ensure contractors follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance.
  • Maintain effective coordination between contractors, consultants, and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project delivery.
  • Strong skills in project planning and scheduling.
  • Experience with contractor and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to prepare project reports and documentation.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
