  • Completed Basic Course in Occupational Medicine from PCOM.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience in an industrial setting.
  • Experience in policy development and data analysis for health programs.
  • Knowledge of Philippine health and safety rules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
