About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Storekeeper to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential for managing inventory and ensuring that materials are available for our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in storekeeping and a strong focus on organization and accuracy. You will work on-site and be a key part of our supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory labeling.
  • Issue materials and spare parts as requested by maintenance teams.
  • Track stock levels and report low inventory to management.
  • Keep inventory records and stock registers, either manually or using a system.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure safe storage practices and maintain housekeeping standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse roles.
  • Experience in facilities management, engineering, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong skills in inventory control and organization.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and inventory management.
  • Ability to work reliably and be accountable for tasks.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
