About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Stores Controller to join our team in Sharjah. This role focuses on overseeing inventory and ensuring that tools and parts are readily available for maintenance tasks. You will play a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with civil aviation rules. Responsibilities

• Manage and control Stores stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
• Ensure tools and parts are available for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct daily checks and inspections of storage areas.
• Update and review the AMOS system for effective inventory management.
• Issue toolboxes and kits based on maintenance plans.
• Prepare stock reports and identify errors to improve accuracy.

Requirements

• High School diploma or certificate in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for enhanced knowledge.
• Valid Driving License for the assigned location.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for effective record management.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Knowledge of civil aviation rules for compliance.
• Time management skills for task prioritization.
