About the Role

We are seeking a skilled A320 Captain to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This on-site position requires a minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience, including time on the Airbus A320. The ideal candidate will hold an ATPL License and have a strong understanding of aircraft systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while following all operational protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct flights in compliance with aviation standards.
  • Ensure safety and comfort for all passengers during flights.
  • Liaise with co-pilots and dispatch teams before flights.
  • Monitor fuel efficiency and performance during flights.
  • Conduct pre-flight briefings for crew readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with the Airline Operations Manual.
  • Cooperate with Maintenance Engineers on aircraft issues.
  • Maintain accurate technical logs and records for flights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience required.
  • Experience with Airbus A320 is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and procedures.
  • Exposure to QA, safety, and audit procedures.
  • Ability to implement policies and procedures effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in tasks.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
