About the Role
We are seeking a skilled A320 Captain to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This on-site position requires a minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience, including time on the Airbus A320. The ideal candidate will hold an ATPL License and have a strong understanding of aircraft systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while following all operational protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct flights in compliance with aviation standards.
- Ensure safety and comfort for all passengers during flights.
- Liaise with co-pilots and dispatch teams before flights.
- Monitor fuel efficiency and performance during flights.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings for crew readiness.
- Ensure compliance with the Airline Operations Manual.
- Cooperate with Maintenance Engineers on aircraft issues.
- Maintain accurate technical logs and records for flights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience required.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
