About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Painter to join our team in Sharjah. This role involves performing both new and maintenance painting work in various residential and commercial buildings. Responsibilities

  • Perform new and maintenance painting tasks in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Inspect surfaces to identify defects and prepare them for painting.
  • Paint the interior and exterior of structures to meet quality standards.
  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by cleaning and priming.
  • Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture.
  • Report the status of assigned tasks to the Engineer-in-Charge regularly.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
