About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Training Development Specialist to join our team in Pasay, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is essential for enhancing our finance operations through effective training programs. You will work on-site, engaging with both new hires and experienced employees. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new hires and tenured employees.
• Conduct quality audits and document findings to ensure compliance.
• Analyze audit data to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.
• Track intervention effectiveness using key metrics and report results.
• Present findings to stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
• Participate in calibration sessions for audit consistency and accuracy.
• Support the exploration of AI-assisted auditing tools for better efficiency.
• Provide operational support during peak periods to ensure smooth processes.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Training and Quality role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record in process improvement projects.
• Experience with finance operations, including Accounts Receivable and Payable.
• Familiarity with quality control and audit processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications for data analysis.
