About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Events Management to join our team in Metro Manila. This role is crucial in enhancing our event offerings and driving sales revenue. You will work closely with the Director of Events Management to implement effective strategies and ensure successful execution of events. This position requires a strong background in sales and marketing within an international hotel setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Events Management in daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Direct the Events Management teams to achieve high standards in service delivery.
  • Achieve total event sales revenue goals through effective strategy implementation.
  • Implement specific sales strategies outlined in the Marketing Plan to boost event bookings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in an international hotel.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity with proven results.
  • Knowledgeable in P&L reports, budgeting, and forecasting for effective financial management.
  • Fluent in oral and written English to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional events.
  • Outgoing and people-oriented, fostering positive relationships with clients and staff.
  • Displays initiative and commitment to professional values in all aspects of work.
  • Must have the right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines.
