About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated On-site Client Management Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing security records and preparing reports to ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be fluent in both English and Arabic. You will play a key role in maintaining our operational standards while supporting team members.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage daily, fortnightly, and monthly reports to track performance.
  • Collaborate with second line functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute custodial tasks in line with Group Standards.
  • Ensure security records are stored securely and accessed appropriately.
  • Prepare, submit, and track regulatory reports to meet compliance requirements.
  • Oversee archival management to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide orientation to new team members to enhance onboarding.
  • Work with the team to develop personalized learning plans for staff.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills in English and Arabic.
  • Show proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting.
  • Have experience in managing security records effectively.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Be comfortable using new digital tools and platforms.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
