On-site Facilities Services Supervisor in Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Services Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in facilities management. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure that all services meet the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility management service delivery across assigned sites to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise daily facility operations to maintain high service quality.
• Provide technical supervision to maintenance teams to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules to protect staff and visitors.
• Identify site risks and coordinate with EHS teams to mitigate potential issues.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure effective service delivery.
• Prepare and consolidate operational and technical reports for management review.
• Recommend improvements in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to prolong asset life.
• Supervise contractors and ensure quality service delivery across all projects.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Possess a valid UAE Driving License for site visits and inspections.
• Have at least 4 years of experience in facilities management or building services.
• Demonstrate strong team management and organizational skills to lead effectively.
• Exhibit a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges.
• Show effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is essential for compliance.
• Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations efficiently.
