About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online English Teacher - Full-Time - Remote to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging live English lessons based on established guidelines.
- Log into the teaching platform before class and effectively manage your schedule.
- Provide constructive corrections and clear explanations during lessons.
- Evaluate student performance using structured criteria.
- Assign and administer tests or assessments as needed.
- Deliver personalized feedback tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Requirements
- Clear, native-like English accent is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience is required.
- Ability to manage and engage students of various age groups.
- Reliable home workstation with stable internet and power supply.
- Energetic, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
Benefits
This position offers competitive compensation, with earnings of up to PHP550 per hour. You will also enjoy the flexibility of choosing your working hours from the following shifts:
- Night Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
13th-month pay
Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
Service Incentive Leave
